Self-Expression One Photo at a Time | St. Louis Boudoir

This gorgeous gal had her third boudoir session with me recently, and I absolutely love having her in the studio! She is a fellow Star Wars nerd and is so spunky and fun; we always have a blast together! Each session we’ve done has been totally different, and I’ve loved that each one has been a new form of boudoir self-expression. It’s been great collaborating on new looks and ideas each time, and I’m so thrilled to keep creating with her!

Every session we’ve had has stepped outside the box a little more and I’ve seen her open up more and express more of herself. Each session she’s pushed her boundaries a little more, and we’ve created some really amazing photos! This kind, beautiful lady is both a mom and a nurse, so she is always taking care of others, and I love that she has taken the time to treat herself and that I can help her both express herself and have a fun, memorable experience!

• What made you want to have a boudoir shoot?
  It sounded like a lot of fun!
  
• What made you choose Paper Doll Photography?
  Because Kelly is the best photographer! She is relatable, down to Earth, and makes a person feel comfortable.
  
• What were you nervous about going into your session?
  I was nervous about the things I do not like about my body ruining my pictures.
  

• What was your favorite part of your session?
  I loved getting dolled up with my hair and makeup! Having my pictures taken is a blast as well!
  
• How do you feel now that you’ve completed your session?
  I feel more comfortable with my body. I like being able to look back at the fun time I had with beautiful, well-executed pictures!
  
• How would you describe your entire session experience to someone who was interested in their own session?
  Someone should try it at least once! I enjoyed dressing up (and down) while laughing and having a blast! I have been left with good memories and beautiful pictures!
